Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of enrollment, by and between Origin Project LLC ("Coach") and the client identified at enrollment ("Client"). Contact: info@originprojectco.com

1. Scope of Services

Origin Project provides comprehensive coaching services focusing on methods and strategies to help clients build and grow their own brand. Services include personalized coaching sessions, guidance on course material, online video sessions, and digital communication via messaging platforms.

2. Client Commitments

By enrolling, the client agrees to: (a) Work through 100% of the course material; (b) Diligently engage within the community; (c) Complete at least 90 days in the program; (d) Watch all call recordings when unable to attend live.

3. Deliverables

Origin Project commits to: (a) Comprehensive educational modules including video lessons and exercises; (b) Regularly scheduled coaching calls; (c) Timely review and feedback via community or messaging.

4. Payment

The client agrees to pay fees disclosed at the point of enrollment, according to the payment schedule agreed at checkout. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. No-Refund Policy

Origin Project abides by a no-refund policy on ALL transactions. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued. This policy exists to hold clients accountable to their commitment and to ensure they do not quit on themselves when the work becomes challenging. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. Termination

Origin Project reserves the right to terminate any service and take legal action to retrieve damages if any commitment terms are broken.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SMS Program. Origin Project LLC offers an SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages, as well as transactional messages such as session reminders, scheduling confirmations, program updates, and responses to your inquiries.

Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@originprojectco.com.

Message Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to all SMS messages, and you are responsible for those charges.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility / Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use the SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data. We do not share your SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messaging service.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter. No amendment shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
